Support Tech . 2nd shift
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school education or equivalent.
- Must complete Hazardous Communication within 30 days of working in the lab.
- Must complete Hazardous Waste handling training prior to disposing of hazardous waste.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, legible handwriting and good observation skills.
- Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Must demonstrate initiative and ask questions to clarify instruction, as needed.
- Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate, including after hours operational assistance.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Exposure to various chemicals requiring special handling precautions and the use of safety equipment, including the use of respirator equipment.
