What are we looking for?

We’re actively looking for an Onsite Program Coordinator to be a contractor for one of our large retail clients and work out of their office in Atlanta, Georgia.  The ideal candidate will have great time management skills who is not only organized, but willing to help keep other team members stay organized. Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based, highly collaborative environment. Someone who excels in this role is collaborative, synergistic, articulate, builds connections, tech-savvy, and eager to learn and improve.

How you will make an impact at Intertek Catalyst:

  • Coordinate and schedule multiple concurrent projects, working closely with our award-winning Creative Team, Account Managers, and Development Operations 
  • Manage deliverables at the execution level and escalate customer concerns or account issues 
  • Create, check and follow a production report daily and reacting accordingly (following through with booked time, rescheduling, cancelling, etc.) 
  • Plan, schedule and work with external vendors (print, photo, incentives, etc.) on ongoing projects - request purchase orders, open dockets, complete and submit personal expense reports 
  • Support internal teams by ensuring instructions are clear and delivered in a timely      manner 
  • Take meeting notes and ensure tasks are delegated and followed-up on 
  • Help coordinate photo shoots including sourcing locations, talent, props, as needed 
  • Prepare monthly Excel reports from our website platform 
  • Travel within the U.S. and to Canada may be required 
  • Other duties related to the above, as assigned 

What it takes to be successful at this role: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in client-facing 
  • Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed, eager to learn with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Project Management, Business Administration, HR or a related field; or equivalent work experience 
  • Previous experience working (co-op or internship) in a marketing or advertising agency is an asset 
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
  • Detail oriented while working in a rapid working environment 
  • Able to display professional conduct within and outside of the office
