JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing specific functions within the program, with a focus on quality standard management, accreditation, auditing, and compliance, both domestically and internationally. Develop specific protocols and job scopes that are aligned with client objectives. Ensure accurate data quality and reporting.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Quality Standards Manual, including communicating and enforcing compliance with the quality system.
  • Manage and conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance to standards and policies; propose revisions as needed.
  • Develop specific protocols and job scopes aligned with client objectives.
  • Weekly forecasts of revenue and project management
  • Review and sign-off on all annual facility and quality manual assessments of program participants.
  • Manage third-party audits for the department and facilitate with applicable teams when necessary for items such as but not limited to, contractual obligations, accreditations, internal compliance.
  • Provide quality and industry regulation compliance support, for both client and internal teams, for program activities.
  • Provide program and regulatory advisement to staff for inquiries from industry stakeholders.
  • Provide training guides and/or support to staff regarding program compliance and/or accreditation requirements.
  • Manage participant appeals to ensure compliance with program requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required.

 

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years of Corrosion experience
  • Must be able to influence others and bring teams together to achieve common goals
  • Must be able to work cross-functionally with other groups to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats
  • Must be customer-focused and quality driven
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
  • Other essential requirements/qualifications.
