What are we looking for?
As a Content Publisher you are organized, methodical, and collaborative. You will be responsible for publishing custom content across all our clients and platforms.
 
You are passionate about building a publishing system that almost runs itself and are fascinated by new techniques and technologies to streamline the process. Your attention to detail is meticulous and nothing gets past you.
 
You will be part of an award winning 15-person creative team creating training and awareness materials for some of North America’s most important brands.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with client teams in creative and client services to publish courses for awareness campaigns that align with the brand of the client and their programs. You are responsible for:

  • collecting, assembling, maintaining, and publishing content for all our clients
  • publishing content through a variety of software, both public and proprietary
  • collaborating closely with Creative, Project Management, and Account Management to build and deliver courses
    • following course schematics, client requirements, and approved layouts
    • gathering final assets i.e., selects, copy, VO, MP3s, SCORM, build out SCB modules & record
    • complete team and client edits
  • preparing Frame.io recordings of final course for reviews
  • creating QA documentation and supporting the team in conducting QA as required by the program
  • storing final built assets in the required repositories using standard naming conventions
  • monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting platform content schedules, targets, permissions, enrollments/users, using hierarchies to ensure audiences receive proper digital content as defined by Client Programs
  • uploading supporting content to platforms such as News Items, Library PDFs, Key Dates, etc. and, if necessary, activating the content on the specified calendar date to publish to live audiences (end users)
  • overseeing and maintaining content on digital platforms to ensure that the content is relevant and old content is removed as defined by Client Programs
  • pulling monthly platform reports once established on a regular ongoing cadence
  • flagging and managing tickets within development operations for platform updates
     

What you bring to the table:

  • a keen understanding of design and coding 
  • a background in Design Fundamentals, Digital Media, or Interactive Development
  • an ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • outstanding attention to detail and aptitude for building methodical systems
