This position is responsible for working with the Certification Manager and Technical Project Lead to administer efficiently all aspects of assigned product certification programs and to initiate program improvements and enhancement.

  • Follow and enforce all safety requirements and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Administer all aspects of assigned product certification programs
  • Assist potential licensees in the details of participation in assigned programs
  • Communicate with program licensees relative to program requirements
  • Organize and maintain department records and files
  • Prepare audit materials prior to scheduled audits and audit reports after completion
  • Liaison with inspectors to ensure that they understand individual audit issues and requirements, and they fulfill all requirements with post audit submittals
  • Liaison with the Certification Manager to maintain a seamless flow of information and assure that nothing is overlooked
  • Work with other members of the Certification department in an integrated fashion to assure that all department issues are addressed without a lapse in service
  • Consult with the Certification Manager and/or Technical designee on matters of non-compliance and resultant actions
  • Perform other work as required


  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years directly related experience in a service industry, preferably in certification
  • Complete knowledge of all documents, guidelines, and procedures relative to administration of the programs assigned
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Pro
  • Ability to make routine decisions relative to administration of the programs assigned
  • Desired attributes include: positive attitude, high degree of integrity, team player, personable in dealing with clients, well-organized, high degree of work accuracy, willingness to learn, aggressive in completion of work
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
