Duties:

  • Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies
  • Primary responsibility is the editing, proofreading and finalization of proposals for project-based work
  • Assist in the tracking of proposals including following up on delivered quotes
  • Review and independently commence responses to “Requests for Proposals”
  • Assist in the coordination of marketing events, industry events, and business development opportunities
  • Assist in the updating of resumes, project profile sheets and service line cut sheets
  • Review and edit PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist in the proofreading and finalization of reports
  • Assist with department administrative duties as requested
  • Work after hours, periodically, but as needed by the business

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ prior experience in an administrative position, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately
  • Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
