AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Assist with generating, proofing and issuing quotations/proposals/technical reports
  • Assist with quotation/proposal follow-up
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral
  • Assist with business development
  • Communicate with clients and staff

 

DUTIES:

  • Follow and enforce safety requirements and company policies
  • Maintain brand identity in accordance with department and corporate requirements
  • Edit, proofread and finalize proposals – meeting deadlines
  • Proofread and finalize reports.
  • Assist in the tracking of proposals including following up on delivered quotes.
  • Review and independently commence responses to “Requests for Proposals”
  • Assist with developing leads through emails and phone calls to existing and/or prospective clients
  • Assist in the development of marketing collateral
  • Assist in the updating of resumes, project profile sheets and service line cut sheets
  • Review PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist with client visits / industry events
  • Assist with department administrative duties as requested
  • Work after hours, periodically, but as needed by the business

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience in an administrative position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
